Bring a Friend Week is open to any non-member of Prowess.

Bring a friend to workout at Prowess (does not have to attend the same class time) for FREE from 2/26-3/2! If your friend signs up, you get a $75 Visa gift card and they get a discounted start up package!

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to complete your waiver. (Click here for schedule!) Wear clothes and shoes for physical activity. Bring a water bottle and a can-do attitude!
